Ox, that’s me
Have you ever wondered what kind of animal you are? Amazingly, I am the ox. People can inherit or possess features of the ox, but only if you were born in certain years of the Chinese Horoscope. Most of the characteristic of the Ox is like me so I consider me, but I consider myself as an Ox.
One of the behaviors that are true about me is that I am a good social worker since I like to help people when they need help. People call me a helpful person. My friend was having trouble with a problem in math homework and she asked me for help and so I helped her. Soft-spoken person is I because I am shy. Apparently, I do not like to give speeches or present reports in front of an audience. Unfortunately, I do not talk that much in class or in discussions. Lastly, the trait that the ox possesses that is true about me is that I am conscientious, because I try to do my best in everything I work on. I also try to work hard and get everything done. Once I was working on a Social Studies project, I spent two days working on it and I got an A on the project.
Value of the ox that is untrue about me is that I am not a distinguished speaker because I have stage fright. My stomach does flip-flops when I stand on strange. Definitely, I am not a tire-less worker, considering that I do not like to work non-stop on homework or on any equipment. Once I was working on a project for science, and I had been working on it for about two hours. I got very tired of it so I set it aside and worked on something else. Ox’s last value that does not fit me is that I am never uncouth. I am always nice to family and friends. Once someone came up to me and said that “I was selfish." All I said back was that “who ever told you that is not right.” In addition I never get absurd at people for doing stupid deeds or saying wrong deeds about me and about my family or friends.
I have some characteristics that I would like to change, add or get rid of. Being an eloquent speaker is not in my dictionary because I do not speak that well and I fumble on words when I am talking. Once I had to give a speech, and while I was reading my speech I was getting nervous and I swallowed hard, so I messed up. Another value I would like to get rid of is tension. For instance, I sometimes put too much stress on myself while doing homework and schoolwork. Lastly, the trait that I would add to my personality is that I would like to do everything wholeheartedly. That is, I wish I could put my whole heart and soul into what every I am doing.
Characteristics are wonderful and also unpleasant, as long as you can change them every once in a while. Conscientious, soft-spoken and being a good social worker are the characteristics that fall into my category. Values that are not in my dictionary are that I am not a distinguished speaker, I am never uncouth, and I am also not a tireless worker. You better watch what you say other wise, what goes around, comes around and fast.
