CHINESE HOROSCOPE- The Rat

It is amazing how many traits from the Chinese Horoscope
apply to our lives. The horoscopes tell us about our personalities and
characteristics. The rat and I share many traits some which I like and
some I dislike. Some traits do not have anything in common with me.
In life, often times, the best way to look at your customs and special
traits, is through a Chinese Horoscope.

The rat and I share many characteristics. Sarcasm, sociability, and being out going. I display, pretty much, all three. My friends always laugh at my jokes, unless
they are really corny. Other times I may make rude comments, and all
my friends know I am joking. Usually, during class, I am always
socialising with my friends. I enjoy hearing gossip and talk about
anything. I have something to say all the time. Out- going describes
me very well. I’ll normally make a fool out of myself, but I don’t really
care. People know me as a klutz, or a person who always messes up, or
trips. If I am out on Orchard Road and one of my friends wants to know
the time, then I would be the one asking a stranger what time it is. I
always start the conversation, especially on the phone. I am extremely
talkative.

The rat has many traits. So many that it would be very hard to have
them all. Traits that I don’t have, some of which I am glad to be
lacking, and others, I could use. Showing off, is not one of my
favourites, so I’m glad I do not do it. I’m not very bright, and I
most definitely don’t use my friends. When some of the people I know
showoff, they get made fun of, and then people learn not to do it
anymore. I most certainly, would not like to be made fun of.
Especially for something someone did that was better than me, once I thought that
it was “cool.” I’m not very bright either, you may think that this is
a bad thing, but to me its not. Sometimes it is not useful but other
times it is. I have no common sense, it is hard for me to figure out
problems, and answer logical questions.

Plenty of people have traits that they don’t like about themselves,
and traits that they would like to develop. I get easily hurt, I am too
active, and very stubborn. When people leave me alone, I feel
offended, and down. And when they say something mean, but as a joke, I may know
they are joking, but it still hurts. I am really, really active. I’m
so active that I can’t sit still through one class period, it gets
really annoying. I am always involved in a sport, I can’t stay home
knowing that there is a sport going on at school, that I am not
involved in. When people ask who is really stubborn, I always end up raising my
hand. I would really like to change this because it gets in the way of
friendship. I would like to be open to more people, and be more kind.
I would love to get rid of this characteristics. I don’t get off the
phone, or internet when my parents tell me to. Phone time is my time,
no one else's. So if someone needs to make an urgent phone call, I won’t
let them use the phone, there is no way. The phone is for me. (same,
for the internet).

The best way to look at your customs and special traits, is through a
Chinese Horoscope. The animals show who you are, deep down inside, or
who you are believed to be. The rat may not show many characteristics
of one person who is supposably a rat, but it will always say
something.
